DC Holiday (Dartmouth Crossing)

Maverick collaborated with Dartmouth Crossing to create an immersive holiday experience, transporting attendees from the Village Shops to the North Pole to meet beloved winter characters such as Santa, The Grinch, or Billy the Elf. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed by outdoor elves who guided them into the Arctic Portal, simulating a journey to the North Pole. As guests traveled, a rocker panel shook the portal, accompanied by an immersive video taking them through the clouds before reaching their destination. At the North Pole, guests entered Santa's workshop for a personalized one-on-one experience with their chosen character and photo opportunities. Feedback from guests rated the experience 4.9 out of 5 stars, with parents particularly praising the quality of the characters and personalized touches.
