Woody (MicMac Mall)

In 2021, Maverick collaborated with Mic Mac Mall to revive Woody, the iconic 50-foot high talking Christmas tree that hadn't graced the mall in over 15 years. Our role encompassed staffing and managing the entire holiday experience, from Woody's voice to Santa and supporting staff. To elevate the Woody experience, we devised a method for supporting elves to gather guest information while they waited in line, relaying it to Woody's voice. This allowed Woody to address young visitors by name, know their Christmas wishes, and acknowledge significant events from their year. The inaugural year with the revamped Woody was a resounding success, resulting in a substantial increase in mall business and garnering international attention, including recognition from Jimmy Fallon.
