Trusted by national and regional brands
What we produce
Event marketing is what we do when a brand needs to show up where a website can't reach - a festival field, a retail floor, a community event, a downtown street. We design the program, build the production, staff it, and run it end-to-end.
Mobile tours.
Multi-stop programs that take your brand from one community to the next - built to scale, logistically airtight, and delivered with the same standard at every stop.
Product launches.
Launch events designed to make news - venue, staging, staffing, content capture, and the kind of buzz that travels past the room.
Sponsorship activations.
Sponsor a festival, sport, or community event? We turn the logo into an actual presence - booths, demos, samplings, and on-the-ground experiences that earn the spend.
Trade shows & pop-ups.
Booth design, build, staffing, and run - from one-day retail pop-ups to multi-day industry trade shows.
Festival activations.
From craft fairs to music festivals - branded environments that fit the vibe, draw the crowd, and keep your team smiling all weekend.
Custom builds & displays.
Need something that doesn't exist yet? We design and produce custom displays, structures, and installations engineered for festival logistics - flat-pack, fast setup, road-ready.

Common questions about event marketing
-
Mostly terminology. Both describe in-person brand programs designed to create memorable interactions with an audience. "Experiential marketing" tends to be the broader umbrella; "event marketing" often refers specifically to event-based programs — tours, launches, sponsorships, trade shows. At Maverick, we use the terms interchangeably.
-
It depends entirely on scope. A single-day retail demo might run $3,000–$5,000 all-in. A multi-stop mobile tour can run anywhere from $50,000 to several hundred thousand. We work transparently on budget from the first call — tell us what you have to invest and we'll tell you what's realistic.
-
Simple activations can be planned and produced in two to three weeks. Multi-stop tours, custom builds, or programs needing permits typically require six to ten weeks of lead time. The earlier you bring us in, the better — and cheaper — the program will be.
-
We focus on Atlantic Canada because it's what we know best. For existing clients running national programs, we'll occasionally extend into Quebec or further — but the Atlantic provinces are where we deliver our strongest work.

Yes. French-language ambassadors are available in every market we cover, and bilingual staffing is standard on programs running in New Brunswick.
